Includes:

Family Living Trust Plan
Our most popular plan and a good fit for most households with a net worth up to $5 million.
Includes everything in the Will Plan, plus:
- Revocable Living Trust
- Certificate of Trust
- Transfer of Georgia property deeds into your trust (up to 2)
- Assignment of Personal Property
- Pour-over Will(s)
- Funding Instructions
- Assignment of LLC interests (up to 2)
Couples who want separate trusts: Additional Trusts can be added for $1,500 per trust
Trust & Business Plan
For business owners who need to create an LLC and a trust at the same time, or who have an LLC requiring business documentation and integration into their estate plan.
Includes everything in the Family Living Trust Plan, plus:
- LLC documents and operating agreement
- Assignment of LLC interests (up to 3 assignments + 1 LLC creation)
- Smooth business alignment with estate plan
Family & Legacy Trust Plan
For families with larger estates or tax considerations (net worth $5m-$10 million), adding an extra layer of protection and planning.
Includes everything in the Family Living Trust Plan, plus:
- Additional tax-planning provisions for higher net worth estates
- Transfer of Georgia property deeds into your trust (up to 4 total deeds)
- Assignment of LLC interests (up to 3 assignments)
LLC filing, documents, and operating agreement can be added for $1,000
Specialized Trusts
The following types of specialized trusts are highly customized and priced after attorney consultation:
- Asset Protection Trusts
- Special Needs Trusts (SNTs)
- Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts (ILITs): starting at $5,000
- Land Trusts: starting at $4,000
