A simple will saved this family from a costly legal hassle. We have clients, husband and wife. They have a single child. They came in and did wills. They weren’t necessarily expecting to use them very, very soon, but a few years later, one spouse died, and about three months later, the other spouse died. Luckily, their adult daughter was able to reach out to us.
